Mangroves represent the artist’s body as the roots gets its nourishment from the soil (heritage). The Mangroves is important to ecosystem and it prevents erosion. Mangroves also provide natural infrastructure and protection to nearby populated areas by preventing erosion and absorbing storm surge impacts during extreme weather events such as hurricanes.
